ABSA teller made me change to FNB

I got to a teller, white Afrikaans lady 45 short blonde hair, medium build, on Tuesday 13May 12:30pm. I stepped up and I handed her my affidavit, she looked at it, in an unfriendly "high & mighty" voice said "I can't process this there is nothing from the commissioner of oath". No one explained this and my husband had no problem handing his in days earlier. 5min prior to ABSA, I walked into StandardBank they took my documents and affidavit and processed my request. The ABSA teller proceded to tell me, in a snide tone, how lucky I was and that this is not how they do it here and that my documents that I brought are useless without the comm. oath. She had an attitude & terrible tone, I asked for someone else to assist. She then proceded to make an example of me in front of all the customers and staff by calling out to all the tellers next to her asking "have any of you in all your days here accepted an affidavit without a commissioner of oath" of course they all said NO! This great customer service she displayed has cost ABSA my business and my husband's, we will be moving our accounts and mortgage asap as this is the last straw, we not longer feel ABSA appreciates our busin
