I got called and told by the person that they will follow up on everything. FNB would debit my account for the courier fee again, like they did last year sep/oct when contract started as their systems need this to happen in order for the debit orders to start again. Alas, they took the money and did not reverse it and nobody kept in touch with me.
I want to be on this website so people can see how pathetic service is. Do not tell customers you going to get back to them and then dont. Amazing how they could initiate my debit order for courier fee so quickly but now months later still cannot resolve my issue.
Simple issue, months of irritation.
Please this time, email me don't call me and make promises!
