Being a very new client and never having put in a claim and not knowing the procedure I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately on Mother's Day I came home from lunch out as a mommy and found my washing had been. Not my fiance's, just mine. I felt so upset as you cannot even hang up your washing these days.
