I REGISTERED A CLAIM ON MONDAY 6 MAY 2013. THE ASSESSOR ONLY GIVES ME A CALL TODAY. MY CLAIM IS REGARDING MY HOME THEATRE DVD WITCH IS NOT WORTH REPAIRING AND ON WITCH I GOT I QUOTE TO UP GRADE. I FEEL IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY OUT MY PREFERENCE THEN WAY MUST I GET A QUOTE FOR THE REPLACEMENT! AND IT TAKES THE ASSESSOR 5 DAYS TO GET BETTER PRICING ON MY QUOTE. WITCH YOU AREN'T GOING TO PAY ANYWAY. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED.
