VERY Unhappy

I was in an accident that wasn't my fault and Santam had asked me to get 2 quotes to repair my vehicle (for third party claim) not knowing that Tutuka has POOR service, i got a quote from them and sent it to the assessor at Santam only to find out that they gave me some estimate and now (unlike ANY other quote i got) they want to strip my car, sommer at my house to quote an extra amount of money. They had 2 weeks to ask me to do this and now on number 99 they tell me they want to strip my car AGAIN! I want my report finalised today because i don't have transport to work now thanks to Tutuka! Either they are going to do what they need to to get me my insurance claim OR i will take action because they are keeping me out of work!
