R400

A couple of weeks ago i tried this outsurance promotion for R400 if they can't beat your current quote. They didn't. They sent a link that didn't work. Huwie Mokwana tried get hold of me after i reported the misleading advertising. He asked me to forward him my insurance schedule. I did, this was on the 19th April 2013. We are now approaching the 19th of May 2013. No response from outsurance to say what has been done or admit that they are running a misleading advert as a result they wont be able to pay the R400 since they could not beat my insurance. I sent Huwie Mokwana an email on the 9th May 2013. The email read "Good day Huwie, The last time we communicated, you were gonna forward the documents to the promotions department. I haven't heard anything from you since then. Do you perhaps have any information regarding that." But i guess Huwie is too busy to even return an email.
