No correspondence regarding my R400

I contacted Outsurance call center for a quotation for my car insurance. and they where not able to beat my current insurance. Me Galeboe stated that she would forward me the link to claim my R400, but I'm still waiting for this email!

I dont want to accuse Outsurance of misleading marketing, so please forward me the link.
