USELESS & STILL NO REFUND

I Logged a complaint with FNB PRESIDENT STREET regarding refund. A lady by the name of Sarah called me & promised to have my query sorted. Till today, I have not been refunded. I don't want their call anymore, I WANT my money. It was not my fault that their machines are not working & I was not the only one with this problem. I wonder if the other people have been sorted or at struggling just like me.
I am going to close my account with FNB as they are not trusworthy.
