SMART DEVICE INCORRECT BILLING ON MY ON LINE BANK

I'm actually TIRED (being an understatement) with this debacle with FNB regarding my smartphone issues.

I have sent emails and reported on helopeter regarding this incorrect transactions on my smartphone order and I'm now back to square one.

I have noticed FNB updated the smart phone devices accounts on online banking today, only to see 4 phones reflecting on my name.

I have said this on my previous correspondence on helopeter that I only have 1 phone. Why do I owe FNB 3 other phones??? I thought this was rectified?? Your only allowed one phone on your offer, how am I now billed for 4???

Same with my credit card, I only have one credit card. Why do I owe FNB 2 credit cards???

FNB needs to sort out their billing issues and get their smartphone division fully clued up on what they are doing. You cant introduce business that you cannot operate and maintain; only inconveniencing clients in the process.

I will not pay FNB for phones I do not have and I will not pay FNB for extra credit card I don't have. PLEASE SORT OUT MY ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNTS.

I have previously rated FNB way high, but in the last months I have changed my mind. Its not worth the hassle to bank with FNB.
