This is a follow up complaint to my previous complaint whereby I complained about FNB completely getting my personal details incorrect on my my cards. They claimed that they fixed the problem but when I went to collect the cards nothing was fixed - instead, they issued multiple credit cards to me, when I only requested one. Then when I needed to make a payment/swipe from my credit card, it got declined. I couldn't even transfer from my credit card to other accounts via FNB online banking. When I phoned FNB call centre they said to me that the reason I couldn't transact on my credit card is because I was listed as an ''additional user'' on my credit card and not the main user - which obviously means that someone else is. No one could give me any explanations. I never authorised this, nor did FNB inform me of this, so this just goes to show how unqualified and the staff employed at FNB are. I am seriously considering switching back to Standard Bank - I never had ANY of these problems when I was banking with them.
