Nedbank
DEDUCTED A LOAN TWICE

I took a loan at Nedbank last year September 2012, last month on the 28th they deducted they loan, and again on 30 of April they deducted another amount, i went there to query so they can return the amount as was deducted to me already on the 28 of April, but they refuse to give it to me, they said it my lost because im the one who said the money it must be deducted monthely, now im confuse and shocked by Nedbank, i really need my money back

I nkow Peter you will help me, they cant rob people like this
