Ive been having problems with nedbank deducting money on the wrong date on my account & it messed up my credit records.i called them to ask them to deduct money on the agreed date & to show that they resolving my problem, i was called and told that the d/o has been cancelled & i should pay manual.i made a pymt on the 24-04-2013 of more that my installment & 2days later, d/o also went off on my account.i called to request for my refund & i was told that i need to wait 7days for the refund but it has been processed.today i call & Shaleen Buys gave me a horible attitude when i asked her if shes playing with me when she now tells me that before i can get my refund, they need proof that i paid.she asked me if she sounds like she laughing over the phone.i asked her if is that how they speak to their customer with such sarcassim & she just told straight that shes not smilling on her side so that cant be a joke.i faxed through proof of payment to show that i paid the cash amount.you guys are treating us horribly & it bits me why do we still let you get away with the bad service.can i please get my refund as you have 2 payments showing on my accounts & you inconveniencing
