Disgusted at the service of standard bank service, i have been with standard bank for over 10 years now and the treatmen recieved from standard bank is absalutely pathethic
one of my accounts went into areas and a the account was handed over and payment term agreed
i was given a 30% discount to settle the account and payment arrangements were made, however only to find out that the lawyers gave me an incorrect reference number that belonged to someone else and i only found this out a year and half later once judgements were sent to me and standard bank transferred money from my current account twice without authorization from me
both the lawyers and standard bank had no clue how fix the problem and in the interim i was being persued by lawyers and judgements - i was told by lawyers not [ay the account anymore until the situation was rectified only to be asked later by standard bank why i had not paid into the bluebean card instead of lawyers account
now the discount is gone to, and no longer even offered a payment term as if i did wrong to them
i dont have the finances to persue the claims but have proof of payments and phone records of my numerous conversations
