I MISSED A DEBIT ORDER FOR THE MONTH OF JULY AND THEN REALIZED IT, DID AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT INTO MY ABSA CARD EXPECTING THE FUNDS TO BE CREDITED WITHIN 3 DAYS. NO FUNDS APPEARED INTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER 3 DAYS THEN CONTACTED THE CALL CENTER AND WAS TOLD FUNDS ARE GONE INTO A SUSPENSE ACCOUNT AND I SHOULD EMAIL THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO [Email Removed] AND SHOULD FOLLOW UP IN 2 DAYS, AFTER FOLLOWING UP, WAS TOLD THE CONSULTANT HAD GIVEN ME THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND I SHOULD SEND IT TO [Email Removed] AND ALLOW 2 DAYS TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.CHECKED THIS MORNING AND STILL NOTHING. STAYED ON THE PHONE THIS MORNING FOR ALMOST 45MINUTES AND STILL NOBODY COULD RESOLVE MY QUERY.NOW I NEED TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS WHILE ABSA NEEDS TO RECEIVE A PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM STANDARD BANK.SPOKE TO A LADY BY THE NAME OF ZODWA WHO TRIED TO ASSIST TO THE BEST SHE COULD BUT FAILED. SHOULD I NOT PAY MY ACCOUNT THEN MY CARD IS SUSPENDED YET I SHOULD JUST WAIT FOR ABSA. I DONT FEEL THIS IS FAIR ON A CLIENT. I WAIT FEEDBACK AND I GUESS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED AND CONSIDERING THE NUMBER COMPLAINTS
