Still no refund

As promised that my refund would be done after 7 days, its still not done. A lady by the name of Maryln called me on the 17th April with call ref: 29267843 confirming my details with the bank and promised the money should be in my account latest Friday (19th April). It is now the 22nd April and nothing in my account. I must say the service has been pathetic as im still fighting with them on a query that date back to the beginning of the year. they debited my account on the 2nd and until now 20 days later im still struggling to get my refund back
