Hi,
I made use of your the self help service where i purchased electricity and the money was deducted from my bank account. No token was provided yet the money was taken from my bank account. This was purchased on saturday 27/04/2013. I called the call centre on saturday and spoke to Ndumiso, who has advised that it will be sorted by Monday. To date this matter has not been sorted and I am still awaiting, so electricity is not required anymore I just need my refund. This service is unacceptable and i want to close my account. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS BANK AND WILL MAKE USE OF A DIFFERENT BANK.
