FNB CREDIT CARD INSURANCE COVER - EXCLUSIONS

RE: CREDIT CARD INSURANCE -

It is with utter shock that I have just been informed that the above FNB Credit Card holder did not have insurance on her Credit Card due to the fact that she was over 70 years of age.

This is so unbelievable that I am still reeling.

How is it possible that this can be allowed. Not just is this Constitutionally unjust, but I am sure that according to the Consumer Council Protection Act this would open up a pandora's box.

Never before have I heard that your insurance is cancelled due to your age. That is exactly the time when you need Insurances.

Your staff at FNB Credit Card and the FNB Insurance Offices are at a total loss as to how to answer any of my questions regarding this. It took me 5 phonecalls and many minutes of waiting to even speak to anyone who tried to answer me.

Thus you are now informed that I will take this issue up with the Consumer Council and that I will also enter this entire story on Hello Peter, and then lets see what your customers think of your ruling.
