Well done to Std Bank Private Banking

I changed to FNB about 6 months ago due to the fact that my homeloan account is with them. Now 6 months and numerous headaches and frustrations later, I am back at Std Bank. I worked with Nancy as my private banker and have yet to see the level of professionalism, dedication and customer service from FNB in 6 months than what I have seen from Nancy in a month. She went out of her way after my cards got delayed then swallowed at the ATM, to get me my new cards. She even came in early in the morning to ensure I have my cards and when I had to cancel, she didn't get upset or nasty but phoned me the Saturday and reminded me that I can come and fetch my cards anytime.
This is the kind of quality service that I expect from a bank and which all the other banks have yet to learn. Thank you once again Nancy, you are a star and I am privileged to have you as my private banker!
