My vehicle BMW 320I Automatic not changing gears, i took it to an approved BMW mechanic to repair for me and explained to him that i have a warranty policy. we phoned claims department and to my surprise they told us they don't cover the oil cooler which is blown and is letting water to mix up with gearbox oil. My understand when i took this policy with them of bumper to bumper was that my mechanical parts are covered So to me is a RIP off that my car is broken and they tell me the part that is broken is not covered. I paid R1700.00 for the oil cooler and R2500.00 for the oil which i did not mind paying for if the warranty was paying for the part broken (OIL COOLER) the whole amount is R4300.00 including labour which i already paid. So it means the whole warranty thing is they just want our money but you will never get helped when you need one.
