Struggling to get refund

Flemix and Associate made a garnishee on my account but it was not suppose to have happened and on the 23 March 2013, they closed my account on their side but the garnishee went through as they did not send me letter stating they are withdrawing my garnishee which went of on the 25 March 2013, i mailed them a copy of my bank statement and id copy on the 10 April 2013, as they were not receivng the fax copies, they said the refund will take 2-3 weeks, i have been following up till today no one can teel me when i will receive my refund, Conrad said it will happen last week on the 30/04/2013 or 01/05/2013.nothing yet. I need my refund today, i am typing this letter while holding on to someone to help me, Martinette said the refund will take place tomorrow but Conrad said they do the payments on Firdays, who is telling the truth and who is lying?
