Vodacom
Very bad service

Telecommunications

I upgraded my my Voadacom contract in October 2012 to a Blackberry 9360, in January 2013 the phone started freezing, in February 2013 I handed my cellphone in at the local Vodacom branch, they sent the phone away for repairs/software/firmware update, when enquiring on the status of the repairs in March 2013 they said they cannot find my cellphone, they later issued me with a refurbished cellphone, I set the phone up with my credentials but it started freezing and giving me an error stating that it cannot find the memory card, after a week I took it back to the branch in Standerton and they sent it away to the repair centre, again a month later they contacted me and said I must first pay R1881.00 as this phone has liquid damage., this was not caused by me as the phone was not working from the first day, I would like my original phone or a new phone back, my phone had the following details: IMEI No: 351602056226879, P/N: 29E38C60, Mac address: 68.FD.43.3E.2F.18. Regretfully I did not take down the details of the refurbished phone prior to sending it away.
