Harrassment for an Account I do not have

Since 2007 Standard Bank keep claiming that I have a card that is past due and they keep changing debt collection agencies and listing me with different credit providers. I have asked each time for proof of me collecting this card, receiving a statement or any form of proof that this account is in fact mine. To date they have not produced this proof but continue to harass me to the point that it is affecting my credit rating. I haven't banked with Standard Bank for a long time and this is now becoming ridiculous. I have lodged claims with DMC before and now I have to lodge a claim with Transunion as well.
