Continued demands for money for a "closed" account

Standard Bank has repeatedly admitted that I have never taken possession of a British Airways credit card, but is repeatedly claiming that I owe R1 346.66 on this "closed" account. While the fact that this debt is not mine and should be cancelled by the Card division has never been in question by any of the bank representatives who have promised feedback and provided none, I have just received yet another demand for money.

My reference numbers are as follows: Card Div 40573630 (Fortune); Card Div 41514555 (Tshepo); Card Div 55087126; Wendy (Standard Bank Bedford Centre).

I am now at my wits' end. I have spent far too long speaking to bank representatives both telephonically and in person, who most often have terrible attitudes, and who have all failed to deliver anything. This lack of competence and service delivery is indicative of this bank's attitude, and I am very concerned that this will somehow reflect inaccurately on my credit rating sometime in the future.

I urgently require this situation to be meaningfully addressed, rather than with empty promises.

Incidentally, I am not a client of this bank, because of my previous experience with them years ago.
