After owing Capitec for the 2 and 1 revolving loans, 2 of the loans are updated with ITC however there's 1 that is still not updated, this is causing STRESS because i cannot purchase a house which i can afford now. In 2011 i contacted Capitec lawyers (Coombe & Associates), we agreed on a settlement (which i received after i battled for month with Morgan Forster) which i paid and Maggie Botes send me a paid up letter on 22 Sep 2011 (both from Coombee). I then send an e-mail to Desiree Arendse at Capitec to ask that my details be updated with I.T.Ci monitored my profile since then however due to inability to obtain credit elsewhere i purchased my credit report which shows that the one loan account was not updated however the other 2 have been done.this mess must be fixed/sorted and i want COMPENSATION for the SUFFERING which is restricting my ability to have a life. Luckily i have saved all communication since then. i will have no choice but to consult the Ombudman. I have been patient throughout this trauma only to find out that after a year and and 8 months i still cannot do nothing or Riaan Stassen could be anothe roption to contact, he will understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE is
