Mi-Way Losing There Touch?

On 4 March I Had An Accident And My Car Is Not Drive able At Present
At the Time I Was Not Worried As I Knew From Previous Experience That Mi way Sorts Out The Problem Efficiently And Always Above Your Expectation
Although On This Occasion I Cannot Say The Same As I Have Been Shunted Around And Put On Hold So Many Times That I Know That Song When You Wait Out Of My Head, This Is Not The Service That I Am Use To From Mi way, I Could Possibly Lose My Job Due To That I Don't Have Transport At Pressent, I Have Discussed A Alternative And It Was Ok'd With Reinhardt But Still No Responce

I Really Expect This Matter To Be Resolved Today Or Just The Ball To Come In Motion
