Now it's 6 weeks

With reference to my report on the 25th of January. The vehicle was collected on the 25th of January. The alarm system had not been replaced in the car. The petrol tank lock was not replaced with all the other locks which in fact comes in a kit. of 5 locks. we are still trying to see what spray job was done as it is not apparent. The bumpers are both loose. On contacting Miway they did send us some pictures and a meaningless report. We wanted an assessor to come to the vehicle and reasses what was going on. It has been a song and a dance all week to get the matter resolved.. We are returning the car on Monday so we can at least have transport over the weekend. Although the car may have a couple of old dents on it which we certainly did not expect to be repaired, the basic such as an alarm system was not even attended to. What happens should something happen to the car now? Are Miway going to shirk responsibility as there is no alarm system fitted? A private locksmith coiuld have fixed the locks for R1000.00. Bill to Miway from the Panel job around R5000.00??? So labour and an Paint job is in excess of R4000. Not only are we being ripped off but Miway... So are you!!!
