I have had it with DSTV that just doesn't bother getting back to they customers. I have a problem with my box office and have been trying to get it resolved since June 2013 it is September already. Four months now and still its not resolved. Is this how you treat your customers because the people kept on saying they will try and sort it out but nobody is getting back to me and letting me know what is happening!!! Multichoice just have the attitude that if they lose one customer it doesn't matter but at the end of the day my account is paid up for the year!!! There is no customer service ethics and I suggest that you change that attitude as we all know that its the customer that pays your salary... I followed up again today and once again it was the same story they are going to try and resolve it...
