In August 2011 I was in an accident, other driver hit me from the back. I opened a case and the other drivers details were supplied. Only after bad service complaint was my car repaired but I still had to pay an excess of R2800.00 which the insurance company promised I will be refunded as the accident was not my fault as the other driver hit me from the back with an impact while I was standing at the robot. Now after 2 years I'm no close to getting my money. The insurance Co doesnt care, they keep refering me to Collections VFV .After several times I had to call them as no one calls me with feedback I get the same response (they cannot get hold of the other drive) which is nonsence, as when the accident happened he gave me all his contact information and I did call him on his cell when I was opening the case as well. He gave me his car Reg, physical address and work number as well and all I hear is they cannot get hold of him, yet if I call I get through. No one seems to care. The insurance co.got their money and service is pathetic. I will be cancelling my Insurance this is not customer service. I would like some feedback and refund. Thanks J Dookie
