No action taken and ignored by Prestige Banke

I informed Standard bank that I had switched banks, by email sent to Natalie Malahlela, my former Prestige Banker on the 16th April. She came back to me that same day asking me for my new bank details so she could refund all positive balances in my account into my new account. I did provide info as was requested and have never heard from her ever since. She did not refund the positive balance due as promised. I've been making follow ups with her by email, which she has been reading. I do have read receipt on record. But she has not responded. My account hasnt been closed and I have now incurred monthly account charges as well penalties from stop orders that bounced. I am not prepared to carry these costs since it's Standard Bank's fault that my account has not been closed in spite of ample notice I gave. I'm appauled at such bad customer service. All the more reasons for switching banks in the 1st place! I sent another email to Natalie yesterday expressing my frustration and that I'm not prepared to pay for the costs incurred on my dormant account which should have been fully closed long before the admin fees and debit orders were due. She read my mail but no response, AGAIN!
