And so we bump our heads again!!!

Submitted claim for ipad on Sunday afternoon. Received sms stating they'd call me back within 4 working hours. Today is Thursday (10:34PM) and guess what, still no feedback and still no call. What is the lead time supposed to be.

Tried logging a query on their website, but keeps on getting error message when submitting, tried updating my details online, no functionality on that as well.

Julle se Virseker is vir "ons" mense, maar julle vee julle gatte aan ons af! The previous time I waited two weesk to get feedback on my microwave. I'm fed up with these guys, don't have the decency just to update or give a call to state the processes. They have not even called to get the case nr yet!!!

What are my options??? Move insurance to another company??? Ek is lus en klim in my kar en gooi lessenaars om en voeter elke persoon in julle call centre!!! So flippen frustrated!!!
