A client of M&F drove into me on my motorbike 5 weeks ago. I did everything that M&F required me to do and sent all applicable documentation into them for which i received a confirmation of receipt. Since then i have been ignored by M&F. I have called about 37 times with no answer, emails go unanswered and my bike is still damaged. I will now loose a further R2000.00 if not repaired as i cannot go on a ride that is booked and paid for. Is this the way M&F treat their potential clients?
