My sub contractor driver had an accident with my bike that he was buying from me, insured with Outsurance, with their client, She accepted responsibility immediately, I decided not to go through Outsurance as to not loose bonus & have premiums increase, but process is now going to take total of 60 days, I am informed after day 45. There has been no delays from my side and I have been assisting the process and following up regularly to try and find who the claim is at as to ensure progress. Even sent duplicate documentation they required that was misplaced. they keep telling me it would be quicker through my insurance, but it should be quicker through me as there is no delay from me. In the mean time my driver was without income but no urgency can be put on their process to assist him. I am Old mutual client in life insurance, but will certainly not change my short term to them if this is how they treat 3rd party claims!! Ridiculous & Shocking Old Mutual!!! Thinking of taking All business away from them
