Credit Profile

My account was paid up in February and I have asked Rcs Makro to close the account and update my credit profile, to date my account is still showing as an active account and it also has an outstanding balance of 7000.00
I have called the contact centre twice every month to get this resolved but I was always promised the same thing but nothing is done.
