BAD Service: Remove/Update in all Credit Bureaus

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like you to remove me in all Credit Bureau such as XDS, Transunion, Experian etc as it still shows that I am in arreas of R199, And my installment is R3832 and active. I have paid this account full in August and closed this account and and now you are affecting my credit profile. I have try to contact you several times about my account and you delay and still put me in credit profile as if I am a bad payer.

Your service was horrible from day 1 and I Cancel your contract because of your bad service and lack of efficiency. Now you are punishing me by affecting my credit profile.

I want this matter to be closed as soon as of today and update all the Major Credit bureau as of today and I need a confirmation on this issues as I have always get answers and promises that were not fulfilled.

I closed this account as I don't want to associate myself with Nashua anymore due to horrible and bad service
