YOU RUINING MY CREDIT RECORD

I had an outstanding amount of R1500, and I paid the account on the 29 which on my belief it's in time, however Makro/RCS went ahead and update my Transunion or Credit Bereu Profile as Not paid so now my account is on 90days due which is completely ######, apart from that they went ahead and have a gutts of sending me an SMS that I haven't paid my account, what in the world is that?? Kindly contact me ASAP SO We can resolve this.
