Where to begin?
I was forced to convert from Vitality to Momentum which I did mid Dec before the cutoff. I started phoning to confirm that I'd been changed & they couldnt look up those detail on the call centres computers. Someone was supposed to phone back but didnt. That was the first level of service I received from Momentum.
Conversion was done (I had to phone again) but Virgin Active took a large debit order off obviously because of the lack of communication by Momentum. And their response - phone Virgin Active.
Next -trying to log on to the website which gave me errors & was told to phone another call centre. Christopher Baker eventually sorted it out but how many times did I have to phone & e-mail him? My husband - same problem.
Everytime I phone the callcentre, I hold for -15 mins. I've phoned so many times and the no. isnt free. I have probably been on the phone for 1.5hrs.
Next -no gym points have been allocated. No fittrack points have been allocated.
Next -my gym & my husbands is not hooked up to Multiply. Was told this would be sorted out on Wed.
Phoned this morning. Was asked for to update my details for the 3rd time! Asked for manager to phone. Still waiting
