No one seems to work in the call centre!

I have been trying to get through to Momentum Multiply for 2 days now! I have sat on hold for more than an hour when you add up the amount of times I have phoned. I'm now tired of hearing the generated voice prompt that says the lines are busy. From other complaints here it seems I am NOT the first person to complain that no one answers calls or emails. I have also sent an email to Multiply and have not received feedback. I would like to cancel my Momentum Multiply contract and would appreciate it if you'd hire some staff to answer your phones so that I can get this processed. Very unimpressed by your non-existent service. Maybe you should take some tips from Discovery Vitality as to how you should operate a call centre and keep clients happy.
