My claim still not finalized

I logged a complaint on the 16th of April 2013 stating that i was not getting any joy with my claim with the insurance comany. yesterday followed up again, as i do every day since the incident on the 20th of March. to my disbelief, the claim has still not been signed off by Alison Botha from the claims department. i must say that i have been dealing with Alise who responded to my complaint and organised me a car, which i appreciate from her. poor Alise has to go back and forth trying to get feedback from her back office and the assessors' manager Yateen, and still this matter is yet to be resolved. the insurance wanted 2nd and 3rd opinions from different people (BMW) of what was the couse of the damages, was it machanical or as a result of an accident which BMW confirmed this in March alreday when the vehicle got to the branch (Club Motors Fountains) i am not in an insurance industry and have never claimed from an insurance before BUT i know for a fact that a claim cannot take this long to finalize. If they said its been repaired and that is what is taking long, i would feel better, but to say that a claimhas not been signed off 3 weeks after my complaint is shocking client service
