I had an accident last year in November. The guy who knocked my car is insured with Bugdet and was willing to pay. I had bad service from Budget so I decided to approach my insurance. The claim was logged and approved. I had to pay access of R2750 which was to be recovered from Bugdet. End of March Budget calls me to register my claim of which was shocking because by then I expected my insurance to have long claimed on my behalf from them.

I sent a complaint online because that is the only tone they understand and Sarah Spence called me. I then explained and she referred the matter to Kelebogile of the legal dept. I waited a week no feedback. I sent an email and the answer I got is that the details of the car does not match the owner of the car. I was so fustrated because they waited 4 months to actually tell me all of this.

I have requested the details logged for my claim and till now they haven't responded.
