Are you being treated like a FNB Premier client?

Me and my wife are both FNB premier Platinum clients but i do not think that we are being treated as suc when you look at teh service that we are receiving! I have moved over from ABSA 5 years ago beacuse of bad service and are now contemplating moving back to them!!!

I have lodged my complaint on the FNB site and two poeple have phoned me to acknowledge that they have received my complaints and that someone will phone me - to this dateno one hve phoned me and the problems have not been resolved as yet!

I previously could not qualify for credit based on affordability and had since decreased my debt with almost R 400 000 - now this is still their reason for not giving me credit - come on!!! if we all credit instituitions are following the same NCA act how can some give me credit and some not??? My bank being the last institiotion to offer me credit. They are willing to give me a R 6000 pm 30 day loan but are not willing to increase my overdraft with R 4000?

FNB needs to come to the Party maybe they are getting tooooo big now to offer a good service to their clients?
