SO my bond nightmare continues... The only joy I have had this time is that a lady (Reana) from the FNB Lynnwood branch has been very helpful in trying to assist me. So a follow on from my previous complaint Reana from Lynnwood branch stepped in a tried to perform a miracle by pushing the bond app, which FNB held up due to poor service, unfortunately we were unsuccesful but I managed to get an extension on my offer to purchase. I discussed with the branch and all the documents I handed in were said to be "perfect" and we just have to wait for credits feed back. 3 days go by only to hear FNB declines it due to a share holding certficate. We provided one signed by legal firm but they declined and wanted a auditor (pls note FNB note all firms are audited)... what exactly does FNB want??? we will not get this offer now!!!
My co applicant has been a client of FNB for 42years, he is now considering removing all his funds due to this pathetic service, we have been insulted and humiliated by FNB.
I should have taken your bankers advice when they told us loyalty means nothing we should shop around. Pathetic!!!
