Punished by call agent

I could not help feeling like a punished child after my interaction with a call agent on the 7th August. I phoned in to ask for a increase on my credit limit. I hold a platinum credit card. The increase was approved but the agent would not give it to me when i did not understood what he tried to read me a script about repaying a debt. I seriously thought my application was misunderstood because of the terms that this agent used. I just wanted a simple increase on my limit, nothing else. If this is how FNB treat it's Platinum customers, I hate to think what the other clients had to endure. Very disappointed in your service.
