I called Lauren on the 14/01/2013 for an update of my refund that I payed as an excess.
She said "the other insurance company is closed till next week, then she will be able to update me next week after speaking to the other insurance" but after just two (2) minutes she called to say "she called them (other insurance) and they said they are still busy fixing their client vehicle as soon as they done they will attend to my claim but they are not sure because that man didn't have a valid claim but they still busy with the matter"

So who's lying here? Is TWO minutes a week?
I need my refund tired of waiting.
