We called the insurance to submit a rear windscreen claim and hail damage claim and the consultant was poorly trained and didn't seem to know what he was doing, instead of submitting a claim he was rather quick to tell us about our excess instead of submitting the claim.we asked the consultant for his name and he refused to tell his name and also refused for us to speak to his manager.he was quick to tell us that his manager was busy and held us on hold for more than 10 minutes while waiting for his manager and prior to that he took over 23 minutes to submit a simple windscreen claim.
