Mi way isurance worst sevice and excess industry

I logged a claim with My way on the 30.09.2013 with precious only to find out that my excess is R3000.00, they say your insurance is good until you claim, to my disappointment, Precious, was going to have the excess relooked at since then and I called twice and she was busy, I took my car to the panel beaters of mi way choice to date I have had no feed back and neither my adjustment on my access has been discussed.
DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH MI WAY, totally the worst insurance company to deal with, m rughoo.
