Hi I have been using wonga for a long time now and every month I need to call the to update my records with the credit bureaus. Just now I called and after 15min I got cut off. I can not waste my time every month checking if my records have been updated with the credit bureaus. This is annoying and very frustrating.
PLEASE HAVE IT RECTIFIED IMMEDIATLY.
