BEING BILLED FOR A DEVICE I DONT HAVE

Hi There

Only last week when I applied for an ipad was I made aware that, I only have a debit order on my account for a smart device i have already applied for - I told the sales lady that, i had applied for an S3 in December but I returned it the day it was delivered and she quickly refered me tot he support department to further assist. I spoke to a lady callled Phuti who then logged it with admin to query, this was last week Tuesday 30th April- she said that, I should get a response in 48hours or call her back.

Monday 6th May i hadnt received a response, I gave them another day, 7th May I hadnt received a response so I called in the morning. A guy I spoke to said, he has escalated the matter to the sales manager who needs to call me, explain and apologise on the matter as this is urgent. This was around 8am this morning, its 14h00 and no one has called me on this matter.

I dont know how does FNB explain urgent nor deal with protecting each account holders funds we entrust them with.

I didnt even get a notification via sms nor email when these funds are being taken from my account for 5 months.

Can this matter be given attention
