I am fully aware that there would have been debits and credits on my account if i add and remove stuff during the month. They informed me that there is R600 credit on my account and this will be taken into account with the next deduction - when I received my paysheet for April an amount of R2300 was deducted - I phoned the first time on 17 April 2013 and spoke to Thembi Masego - who informed me that there is a credit and that it will be paid back - On 18 april i spoke to Bonolo Moaloso - who informed me that there was no credit on my policy - I also cancelled my policy with Santam that day with Bonolo as i found out that my policy was not registered as a staff policy as it was supposed to be as I work at Sanlam. I then spoke to Nadia Cook on 22 April - she would have sorted this out - nothing happend - I received an email from santam confirming that R1700 will be refunded - then an email to say that its not going to be refunded - I have spoken to managers and agents and every time there was another answer - now there is no refund - nobody could give me the same answer as the previous agent - this is the worst service i had in all my life. i needed that money for my d/o.
