PAID BUT NOW WANT TO LIST ME!!!

I paid Wonga on Tuesday, 30 April 2013, I emailed them proof of payment over TWENTY times (no exaggeration) and I have dealt with Keenan, Amy F, Vanessa, Zinny and Sybil N over a period of the last week. I have heard various excuses like it takes 24 - 48 hrs to reflect, I should not send them proof of payment, yesterday I spoke to Vanessa, she said that finance could see the payment and would close the account by close of business yesterday, nothing happened, today I get an email and sms to advise that I will be listed on ITC and my trust rating would be damaged if I dont pay by 5pm today!! Now when I speak to Sybill N she says (new excuse) that they are waiting for Easypay!!! She then proceeds to get the wrong receipt and says to me "its not about the facts"! If WONGA lists me on ITC, I am going to report them to NCR! your call centre agents and so called supervisors are incometent, rude and arrogant!
