Consolidation nightmare

I have consolidated my account on the 19th of April. Everything was paid off.
I requested closure of the credit card and to date nothing has been done.
i received a statement yesterday stating i owe r26 but will not be paying this as i have requested closure and proof for the consolidation.

i just get transferred back and forth and still no luck!

I need this to be sorted ASAP and closed. this is so unacceptable.
